A classic 'Sur Lie' typical of Muscadet where the wine is rested on it's fine lees before bottling.

Pierre Luneau and Monique Papin set up the Domaine Luneau-Papin in 1993, bringing together two families who have produced wine in the Loire since 1680 and 1660 respectively. Their son Pierre-Marie (who is the eighth generation of the family to be a vigneron) joined them in the family venture in 2005 and converted the estate to organics.
