Josep Mitjans at just 16 made his first wine and since 1985 has gone on to grow. Studying as an enologist and taking over the family vineyards he has now had 4 generations of contact with the vines and land. Converting it all to biodynamic viti- and viniculture. He works closely with a small team producing a number of wines that celebrate the indigenous varietals of the region, choosing amphora vessels for fermentation and ideally no added sulphur.
