'Resonance' is a blanc de noir made from a single plot of 40 year old Pinot Noir vines and aged on the lees for 2 years before disgorgement. 

Dominique Piollot of Marie-Courtin makes exquisite biodynamic Champagne in the southern Cote des Bar region of the appellation, famed for its Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Working with native yeasts, zero dosage and minimal sulphur, Dominique's wines are pure and taut with great vigour and elegance but always with an underlying weight and richness.
