BEHIND LOLA

Hi! We are Katie, James and Otto aka LOLA PROVISIONS, formerly LOVE + LABOUR.

LOLA is a provisions store in Leamington Spa, focusing on natural wines, great coffee and real bread (with some other treats here and there). Our online store is an extensive list of wines we love that are available to you UK wide.

The wines we sell are made using minimal intervention with grapes grown from organic or biodynamic vineyards.  Minimal or no sulphur is added  and the wines are mostly unfiltered and unfined. 

No nasties just great grape juice!

What started as pop ups in Manchester celebrating wines paired with cheese, meats and pickles and enjoyed with friends, grew into a pop up store at retail development, Hatch. From there LOVE + LABOUR's online store was born and we've been very lucky to enjoy shipping wines to your door for the past couple of years!

Last year we added Otto to the team and took some time out to create LOLA and find a permanent home for us and our wine. So here we are! 4 years later and LOLA has been born!

Inspired by trips to Austria & California and experiences within this amazing industry (both of us have been working in restaurants for as long as we can remember) we have embarked on this journey to share with you the wines that have shaped us and shown us the spirit and passion that is rife within the wine world. An industry that embodies hospitality and the value of friends, family and hard graft. We believe you can taste the love and labour that goes into these bottles and that should be celebrated.
